Pre-Order Shipping Policy
Delivery Time
Pre-order items are made or ordered especially for you. Therefore, please allow 3–5 weeks for delivery from the date of purchase.
Cancellations
Pre-orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours after the order has been placed. After this period, the order is final and cannot be changed, as the item is immediately ordered or produced specifically for you.
Returns & Exchanges
All pre-order items are specially ordered for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.

Returns of In-Stock Items:
If your order is not to your satisfaction or has any damage, it must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item with a photo. Failure to notify us within this time frame may affect your eligibility for a refund. Once we confirm receipt of your email/message, you must return the item in its original condition within 7 business days. Please note that JK BOUTIQUE does not cover shipping costs for returns.
After we receive and assess the returned item, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. Please make sure to notify us within 24 hours and return the item within 7 business days. Failure to meet these timelines will result in the refund being declined.
Refunds will only cover the cost of the items; shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
While we strive to accurately represent our products, please note that colors and details may vary depending on your device settings and lighting.
We cannot accept returns or refunds for the following items:
Clothes:
- Worn or used clothes
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
- Perfume-scented clothing (cannot be returned if worn with fragrance)
- Clearance sale items (mentioned in the product description)
- Custom or personalized products (Pre-ordered items)
- Damaged items due to customer handling
- Items purchased after the 7-day return period
Jewelleries/ Accessories:
- Sale or discounted items
- Any items containing earrings (for hygiene purpose)
- Nose pins/clips (for hygiene purpose)
- Hair accessories/ tikka (for hygiene purpose)
- Custom or personalized products (Pre-ordered items)
- Gift cards
In-Store Purchases:
Returns or exchanges are not possible for items purchased in-store. We recommend trying on and checking your items carefully before making a purchase.
Mother's day Sale:
All sales are final. Items can only be exchanged for other products; no returns accepted.
