Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Delivery Time
Pre-order items are made or ordered especially for you. Therefore, please allow 3–5 weeks for delivery from the date of purchase.

Standard shipping within The Netherlands:

Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is cleared, and you can expect delivery within 1-2 business days once dispatched.

All orders are sent via tracked shipping (DHL) or (Post NL), and tracking information will be provided once your items are on their way.

Please note, we are not responsible for delays caused by DHL or PostNL.

Standard shipping within EU countries

Items will be regularly received within 3-7 working days from day of dispatch. We don’t take any responsibility for delays caused by DHL or PostNL.

JK BOUTIQUE is not responsible for failed deliveries in the following cases:

• Failure to accept delivery due to refusal to pay customs duties and taxes.
• The customer provides an incorrect shipping address or contact information (phone/email), which prevents customs from clearing the package.

In both cases, we will not refund shipping or any other related charges.
